1. Introduction & approval
I hereby approve that my personal information will be stored in databases belonging to SwedishHost.se. The information stored will only be available for control purposes by SwedishHost.se, and the information will not be made available for any third party.
These General Terms and Conditions will be applied by Wireline AB in use of service provided by SwedishHost.se.
The Client must be a person of legal age or legal entity, if the Client is not of legal age then the Clients legal guardian shall have taken part in these Terms and Conditions and will be held accountable for all actions and purchases made. All purchases and ordering are binding.
By submitting its booking, the client approves that SwedishHost.se immediately begins its activation of the requested products serving under the stipulated time to withdraw from the Agreement according to the Swedish Law SFS(2000:274). The client approves that SwedishHost.se begins its activation of the clients products during the stipulated time to withdraw from the agreement according to the above mentioned Swedish Law SFS(2000:274) meaning that the right to withdraw from the Agreement will not be applied on these General Terms and Conditions.
2. General
Services provided by SwedishHost.se to the Client is only intended for the Clients direct use. The Client does not have the right to sell, lease or transfer the Service, or part of the Service, to a third party.
Game or voice servers leased by SwedishHost.se where the additional service "debranding" has not been used, the servers hostname must use one of the texts 'SwedishHost.se |' or 'by SwedishHost.se'. The Client is not allowed to remove or modify this without SwedishHost.se direct written approval.
SwedishHost.se reserves the right to temporarily suspend or immediately shut down the Client along with it's services, if the Client does not comply or acknowledge any part of these Terms of agreement. Suspension or termination of the Clients account does not entitle the Client to any form of reimbursement for any amount paid for any Service. SwedishHost.se reserves the right to transfer agreement with customer to another part. Usage of SwedishHost.se and the services provided is considered an acceptance of these terms of agreement.
3. Payment
The fees of SwedishHost.se's services is paid with Credits from the Clients account. Credits can only be bought with real money in approved values. A transaction from the Client to us demands the use of either PayPal, Payson, Swish, SMS or Bankgiro. Only when the transaction is completed, and the money is visible in Wireline AB's account, will the funds be transfered to the Clients account on this site in the form of Credits.
4. Prenumerationsvilkor
Dessa villkor gäller i de fall där du som kund ingått i och/eller betalat för en prenumeration.
SwedishHost.se äger rätt att säga upp avtal vid nästan avtalsperiod i de fall en kund inte godkänt ändrade avtalsvillkor. Kunden äger rätt att nyttja tjänsten intill dess att ny period inträder. Om kunden har brutit mot gällande avtalsvillkor äger SwedishHost.se också rätt att omedelbart avsluta avtalet, varvid inbetalda prenumerationsavgifter ej kommer att återbetalas. Om en ändring av befintliga prenumerationsvillkor sker så ska SwedishHost.se meddela detta till kund inom skälig tid innan ändringen träder i kraft. Om kunden inte accepterar de nya villkoren eller den prisförändring som skett så har kunden rätt att säga upp sin prenumeration det datum då de nya villkoren träder i kraft.
4.1 Betalning
En prenumeration på tjänst hos SwedishHost.se betalas i förskott. Återbetalning medges inte när en prenumeration sägs upp i förtid. Betalning sker endast via PayPals prenumerationssystem hos SwedishHost.se. SwedishHost.se äger rätten att avsluta en prenumeration i de fall täckning på kunds konto saknas. Tjänst kopplad till prenumeration kommer då att avslutas i samband med detta.
4.2 Prenumerationsform
Den prenumerationsform som används hos SwedishHost.se är en form av digital tillsvidareprenumeration. Detta innebär att du prenumererar på en digital tjänst hos SwedishHost.se och denna prenumeration fortsätter till dess att kunden säger upp denna. Den förnyas alltså vid varje vald prenumerationsperiod (Månad, kvartal, halvår eller år). Den digitala tjänst som prenumererats på kan endast återfinnas hos SwedishHost.se och styras via dess webbplats.
En förändring av befintlig tjänst, så som exempelvis tillägg eller utökning/minskning av slots, som ingår i en digital tillsvidareprenumeration medför en uppsägning av prenumerationen och att tjänsten återgår till att manuellt behöva förnyas eller förlängas till dess att en ny prenumeration skapats vilken innehåller de förändringar som gjordes.
4.3 Uppsägning
Om du vill säga upp din prenumeration så ska detta i första hand ske av kunden själv inne på tjänstens kontrollpanel. Uppsägningen måste ske minst en dag före kommande debiteringsdag för att säkerhetsställa att betalningen inte går igenom och en ny period börjar gälla.
Uppsägning kan också ske via kundsupporten i de fall där normala metoden ovan inte fungerar, t.ex. vid underhåll av webbplats eller annan teknisk störning som orsakar att funktionen inte går att använda.
5. Use of Service
The Client shall use the service in such way that it does not damage or impair it's own service or other customers that use similar services. This includes, but is not limited to, overuse of the service or other ways that create large amount of network traffic or use up allot of system resources. Under no circumstances shall the Client's use of the service lead to disturbance on SwedishHost.se's or another service providers network or any disturbance on the Internet in its entirety.
The use of the service must not violate Swedish or international laws.
Customer's server information (hostname, rcon, password) must not contain defamatory, discriminatory, racist or otherwise objectionable statements or formulations. SwedishHost.se reserves the right to determine what it deems offensive or not.
If the Client violates the above, SwedishHost.se reserves the right to, without warning, shut down the Clients service and suspend it's account without the possibility to a refund or reactivation.
The use of SwedishHost.se's services is at the Clients responsibility. SwedishHost.se can not be liable for customer's use of services. SwedishHost.se is not responsible for any content on the site and can not fully guarantee its accuracy. SwedishHost.se can not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the Clients use of services. Servers ordered with the password must be password protected at all times.
6. Security
It is entirely the Clients responsibility to keep the credentials of the service, secure from unauthorized access.
By providing the requested personal data at the time of an order, the Client that is an individual or business with a sole proprietor to SwedishHost.se, or the party that SwedishHost.se has hired, dealing with Clients personal data, including social security numbers, as shown below.
6.1 Verification of the Clients personal data.
The treatment of the Clients personal information in the customer database that SwedishHost.se, or the party that SwedishHost.se hired, is in the purpose to provide the service.

6.2 The processing of the Clients personal information for internal/administrative use.
The purpose of processing the customer's personal information is that SwedishHost.se should be able to provide the requested service and comply with the obligations according to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy..
The customer is entitled to, without any cost, receive the information about the personal data concerning him / her that are processed by SwedishHost.se, and if necessary request correction of the information. Such requests must be submitted in writing to SwedishHost.se.

7. The Clients responsibilities
The Client shall indemnify and hold SwedishHost.se harmless from any and all liability and costs, in connection with any violation of any term of these General Terms and Conditions. Should the Client not assume this responsibility, he or she will be suspended from the website and it's services until further notice.
8. Force Majeure and other
Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.
If a party is unable to meet its obligations for a longer period than one month due to reasons stated above, each party has the right to withdraw from its obligations as stipulated in this Agreement. However, such a withdrawal does not constitute a right to claim any reimbursements or damages.
9. Interruption of Service
SwedishHost.se shall remedy faults or interruptions that have occurred on the service that the customer has bought. Reporting of any faults must be done via SwedishHost.se website by using the methods mentioned on the Contact Us page. SwedishHost.se does not pay any compensation for interruptions on a service that has not lasted more than 48 consecutive hours during working days, this after the fault report have been made through the described method above. For temporary rentals (Daily or shorter) only a compensation in form of extended rental time if the service has been unusable for a longer period during the given rental period. SwedishHost.se does not compensate customers for faults that is brought on by the customer themselves or their other suppliers.
A fault report can be made through the options available on the Contact Us page on our website. All fault reports will be saved and may be archived in compliance with our privacy policy. A fault report made in any other way can not be done. If SwedishHost.se, after receiving a fault report, has taken actions to remedy a fault that was the result of a customers doing or any other mishap from their side, the customer should compensate SwedishHost.se for the work that has been done and any costs that may have been brought upon SwedishHost.se to resolve the fault. This costs may be withdrawn from the customers account on the website or by invoicing the customer directly.
10. Validity and Terms and conditions
These general conditions apply until further notice.
SwedishHost.se reserves the right to amend and/or change these General Terms and Conditions. Changes in these terms of agreement becomes valid 1 month after they have been made public on SwedishHost.se website, https://www.Swedishhost.se. The customers are themselves responsible for keeping up to date with changes in this terms of agreement.
