In order to simplify the handling of support requests, we have made it possible for users to keep track of their tickets and answer them to the site. This also allows the users to see previously closed tickets.
Users can access this feature by logging in and navigate to the Support link in the User menu.

In parallel to this we will also gradually phase out the handling of support through our e-mail (
This will hopefully affect response times in support requests favorably.
All mail coming into will still be answered, but not always as quickly.
