During this Saturday morning we did a planned maintenance on the site in order to implement the latest changes made on our back-end systems. For You as a customer this has not changed anything other then that your services had a short downtime. The changes made to the front-end systems will be made on the fly at a later stage. In order for all of our changes to take effect we had to make a restart of every services. If your services did not come up after restart, please contact our support and we will help you.

 

These changes will help us to roll out new services at a higher rate then before possible, and at the same time provide better performance of our hardware.

As these changes are so comprehensive, we have not had the possibility to test every single function on the site.

We appreciate if every user that discovers a bug or an error report that to us via IRC or on the sites "Contact us" function so we can fix it as soon as possible. In an effort to thank every customer that does this we have set up a reward program that will run for the coming week. This will make every user that reports a bug or an error to us eligible to receive up to 50 credits as a thank you. If the bug/error have previously been reported by another user, you may not get any reward.
